This spacious 3rd floor one bedroom apartment is located in the 5 Star Dinevi Resort near the old town of Sveti Vlas with its large selection of excellent restaurants and shops. St Vlas as it is also known is just 5 minutes by car from the lively Sunny Beach resort with its thriving night life. Just a further 2 minutes along the coast is the ancient town of Nesebar. Its abundance of historic buildings prompted UNESCO to include Nesebar in its list of World Heritage Sites in 1983 and is definitely worth visiting.
The apartment has its own communal swimming pool with a gated shallow area that is perfect for young children. Residents also have access to the many pools and facilities within the Dinevi Resort. The apartment is a short 3 minute walk from the beautiful golden beaches the area has become famous for with its non-tidal warm waters. The resort is set at the foot of the Baltic mountain range where the mountains meet the Black Sea. The days are typically warm and sunny with a cooling breeze coming in from the sea.
