What a find! This 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom home is located in Northwest Tucson/Marana and features 2 heated community pools and splash pad open from March to December! It is located just off the I-10 in the Continental Ranch Community and is less than 2 miles from Tucson Premium Outlet and much more! This home has a comfy living room to relax after a long day, plenty of seating for dining and game night with family and friends. There are kid friendly books and games for all ages to use! The home comes equipped with a baby booster seat and pack and play for the little ones.
Dine outdoors on the patio, drink a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the Tucson mountains and Sanctuary Cove in the backyard, turn on the firepit on chilly nights and utilize the grill for outdoor cooking and enjoyment. This home prides itself on appealing to all ages and families as it's sure to have something for everyone! Again, a Super Sized living room for the family.
