Welcome to Rutherford Gardens - a spacious, beautifully presented home set within a quiet residential estate on the edge of West Linton, one of the Scottish Borders' most charming villages.
The house is designed for comfort and ease. A large sitting room and separate living room offer plenty of space for guests to relax, alongside a private cinema room for film nights and a state of the art double-height gym available exclusively to guests - all included in your stay. Outside, a private terrace with seating and BBQ is ideal for morning coffee or dining al fresco when the weather allows.
