Marina Retreat is a newly refurbished four bedroom house overlooking the Royal Harbour. This house has been refurbished to a very high standard.
There are four double bedrooms, two refurbished bathrooms, freestanding bath plus a separate shower room with a raindrop shower. The master bedroom has the most amazing views over the Royal Harbour and its own bathroom.
There is payable street parking nearby or free options within a few minutes walk. The multi-storey car park is a 3/4 minutes walk.
The Space:
The house has two reception rooms including a TV room and lounge both with Sky including sports and movies, the lounge has views out over the Harbour. There is a separate dining room with a marble dining room table and seating for 8 again with views over the harbour.
The kitchen has everything you need and more for your stay and there is a separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Out from the kitchen, there is a decked area with seating for you to enjoy the evenings, there is also a table and chairs in the front garden so you can enjoy the views.
You are located just moments away from the Harbour, two minutes from restaurants, bars and the town centre and just a five-minute walk to the beach.
