Het huis beschikt over drie ruime slaapkamers en één kleinere slaapkamer met een stapelbed. In totaal zijn er acht slaapplaatsen: een kingsize tweepersoonsbed, een queensize tweepersoonsbed, twee eenpersoonsbedden (ook aan elkaar te schuiven) en een stapelbed met twee matrassen van 80 x 200 cm. Het is mogelijk om met acht volwassenen te slapen, maar de stapelbed kamer heeft geen opbergruimte voor eigen spullen en is vooral een slaapruimte. Er zijn ook twee kinderbedjes aanwezig en twee kinderstoelen (inclusief baby eetblad en veiligheidsbeugel).
Er zijn twee badkamers: een ruime met twee wasbakken, douche en een bad met uitzicht op het bos, en een kleinere met alleen een douche. De zeer ruime woonkamer heeft een grote zithoek met open haard, 55 inch televisie en een digitale piano. De open keuken is met de woonkamer verbonden en volledig uitgerust met alles wat nodig is voor een groots diner. Buiten zijn er meerdere terrassen om te dineren, lunchen of ontbijten, plus een grote BBQ en een gezellige vuurplaats.
De spa faciliteiten bestaan uit een ruime barrel opgiet sauna met uitzicht op de tuin, een jacuzzi (die altijd op temperatuur is), een buitendouche (warm en koud), en voor de liefhebbers een gekoeld ijsbad dat steenkoud is!
