Positive: The staff were excellent, I had amazing time. I was there for one night - Jaber was the most standout person at the hotel. He went above and beyond, upgraded me as the hotel was empty, helped my taxi driver come right to the front of the property as the driver kept getting confused, and overall had a lot of attention to detail and care. Also special shoutout to Emna for helping with ironing my clothes, and Meher for such fantastic service for my breakfast.
