Paradise View is a very unique caribbean villa with all the modern touches. The views are unbeatable giving surround panoramic views of Rodney Bay, Mount Pimard and Pigeon point. the coulourful roof tops set in the lush green valleys make it unforgettable.
The property has two gated access points, one from the top driveway and one at the stairway at the bottom of the garden, enabling easy access to and from Rodney Bay by car or on foot in minutes. The villa is centrally located and is walking distance to many restaurants offering local and international cuisines. There are a variety of sports bars, cocktail bars and more. The marina is a little further away 15 mins walk or 2 mins less than 5 mins by car.
The villa itself is set out over two floors, on the
ground floor there are 3 bedrooms 1 twin, 1 Queen with ensuite , 1 Super King & a family bathroom , a kitchen with washing machine leading out to a small garden with washing line.
The spacious wrap around wooden decking offers Bbq facilities, a dining and seating area covered by a canopy roof all overlooking the tropical garden & stunning views of the bay. A small set of steps leads down from the decking into the pool area with infinity edge & more amazing vistas.
A curved mahogany staircase leads up to the second floor into a spacious open plan lounge kitchen and dining area.
