He picked this spot for its privacy, and spectacular views of the neighboring Islands .This -of-a-kind home is a traditional Caribbean West Indies Villa with a modern but relaxed and comfortable feel throughout the home .We private access to the beach from a path only steps away from the house.! Upon arrival down the walkway you are greeted with absolutely stunning view of Sandy Hill Bay !
There is over 2000 sq feet of outdoor terrace and patio surrounding the swimming pool with lounge chairs and tables for enjoying relaxing meals and cocktails!This villa is truly unique because of the privacy and tranquilty of your own beach that is just a few steps away.We designed this villa to bring the outdoors in with doors that open up fully in the livingroom and diningroom to enjoy the beautiful carribean breezes and unbelievable views of the carribean sea from everywhere!!!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hanging pot rack ,glassware ,cooking utensils ,dishwasher center island cooktop and wall oven.There is also grill on the terrace for barbeques.
Each of the 4 bedrooms have private baths and all new furniture with flat screen TV's.The master bedroom has a wonderful private terrace overlooking the sea and another patio on the garden side.
There are many villas to choose from in Anguilla, but none have the beauty of this unique location and views. As one of the locals who worked on this villa stated one day "wow what a view you have from here and great location. "
