The four terraces, three of which are covered, as well as the garden offer, in turn and at different times of the day and the evening, a pleasant and convivial space for reunion with friends or family. The living room, the dining area (for 10 people) as well as the kitchen, with its bar facing the sea, form a contemporary "open space" in its decor, flooded with light and greenery. The sleeping area is accessed by a sliding door opening onto the four bedrooms and the three shower rooms offering modern comfort and sober and personalized decoration.
Private and covered parking (you have a place) a guard service is provided day and night. Four hundred meters from the house, you will find everything you need as shops without having to go to town (Nabeul at 3km and Hammamet at 9km).
Two hundred meters away, walking on the beach, you have restaurants by the water and hotels offering water activities for a fee.
NB: the villa cannot be rented for receptions or weddings. The villa is for 8 people maximum.
The July and August rental is for a minimum of one week.
