Magnificent South Cape Beach, Mashpee Commons, and the New Seabury Popponesset Marketplace are all very close by. On summer rentals, Memorial Day through Labor Day, you also have access to our Mews community pool (a 1-minute walk from the property) and Mashpee Town private beaches which include a special side of South Cape Beach and two freshwater beaches, Johns Pond - a 343 acre Great Pond, and Attaquin Park Beach.
The property offers a stunning view and spacious accommodations including a sizeable front yard and professionally landscaped backyard with patio next to New Seabury's Dunes course 12th hole. It's perfect for couples or families vacationing at the New Seabury Resort. Elegantly designed with all premium furnishings, it features two bedrooms, one with one queen bed and the other with two twin beds; a den with top grain leather pull out sleeper sofa; family room with cathedral ceiling; fully equipped kitchen; and dining room. The kitchen was recently remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances and cookware, Italian designer floor tile, and granite counter tops. The two bathrooms have recently been updated as well including new tile floors, toilets, and quartz countertops. All new flooring was just installed (December 2024) featuring high performance engineered wood floors and luxury nylon carpeting in the bedrooms.
